The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were exceptional, everything was amazing. The family king room was reasonably large and brand-new. Its location was central, easy walk to Church. The superb onsite restaurant had variety of food.

The staff was really helpful, the room was beautiful, everything was first class. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and had lots of meals. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The facilities were basic and easy to use. Brilliant location, 10 minutes' walk to a historic 12th - century church.

Comfy bed, fantastic breakfast. The place is around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Whitby downtown. Moreover, it had parking on site.
The room seemed very dark.
